Lovesick

Today I am a stop along the Lovesick blog tour. I enjoy these blog book tours because they get me reading something that is not RAD or attachment related. Also, they connect me with other new bloggers - often ones who have lots of tips on books I should add to my to read list. Mostly though, I like them because they are simply fun. So, here is the excerpt - 

What had started as a curious heated groping in that dark space ended up with her in tears (and pain). Date rape was a concept still far on the horizon in those days.

Dorian had been the first truly dangerous man she’d ever known. She supposed she’d seen that in him from the beginning. Even after all that happened with Dorian, as far as she’d fallen and as far as she’d gotten up, she still wasn’t sure whether she would stumble into that same kind of trap. Sometimes, the fact that she seemed to attract man-boys like Chad Lamm made her wonder if perhaps she was still stuck in it.
