So, I have told you all before how I really want to lose these last 15 pounds. That I am determined to do it. And I get determined for a week or two and I lose a few pounds and then life gets too hectic and I loose my motivation. But I really really want to lose this weight. I want to loose the weight to be an example to my children of how being overweight is not good for you. And make no mistake that even if it is only 15 pounds I am overweight. I want to loose this weight so I can feel better about myself. I want to loose this weight to be healthy and fit and because I set my mind to it and I really want to accomplish it.

The more recipes the better, That is one of the biggest things that I struggle with - cooking things that will help me to in my quest to loose weight. I also love that the site has a section on eating healthy. The last time I followed the Weight Watchers plan to a t and it worked excellently. This time I am having trouble getting back on the wagon. But the one thing Weight Watchers is missing is true healthy eating tips. I want that for my family too.
