Where Does The Time Go?

Well, it is Aloha Friday time! In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that people take it easy and look forward to the weekend (sound familiar?). So, we take it easy on Friday blog posts by sticking to just one quick question that surfers-by can answer with just a quick response themselves. This week's question is:

Has your household recovered from the time change yet?

Me: Well, I was going to say yes. I was going to say that the kids did not seem to notice it at all. And that I was guessing that was because they were up pretty late on Halloween. However, I don't actually think they are. Big Sister has been more tired at night and she has been waking up at around 8 - but for her that is 45 minutes to an hour early. Big Brother has been up at around 7:30 - which again is early for him. But since they get up so late I hardly notice that the time difference is still affecting them. I guess I should thank my lucky starts my kids are sleepers. :)

  12. I think we are okay now...the first couple of days after seemed rough for Jillian. I love that it isn't dark in the AM anymore, but hate it is dark by 5PM. Time does fly and before we know it, it will be spring. (yeah, right) Look at everything that is about to happen in your family...and that makes time fly.

  19. We actually took advantage of the time change and started getting up a half an hour earlier each morning to get ready for school. It makes things go a lot smoother and we coulnd't have done it without the time change. So I would say we have adjusted well. :)
