Getting Ready

So, here we are and it is Friday again and time for Virtual Girl's Night Out, hosted by Ann. Being a virtual party means I can party in my pajamas and pack my suitcase while I get my groove on. And what do I want to be dancing to tonight? This:


Why, you ask? Because it reminds me of my brother. And I am packing to head out to his college graduation tomorrow! This is the first song I really remember him choosing. The truth is I hate it, but it makes me smile because I think of him as a little kid. And now this Sunday he graduates and I just cannot believe it.

Now, ladies I need a favor. I need you to check in on Hubby while I am away. He has to stay home while the kids and I go to the graduation. We are leaving early Saturday morning and we are not going to be home until late on Sunday. Hubby will be here by himself. He will be tweeting from my account - Upstatemomof3 - to let the world know what he is up to. He will also be updating on the blog once or twice. Ya know, when something really cool happens in his "bachelor" life. So, please check in and make him feel less lonely. :)
