Love Being All Natural

A few weeks ago the people over at BabyGanics contacted me to see if I would be willing to review their products. Seeing as how I am always on the look out for better cleaning products I jumped at the chance. My kitchen needs to be cleaned several times a day, my bathrooms get really gross (four children using them on a regular basis will do that to you) and a countless number of dishes that need to get washed on a regular basis. But in truth the fact that it was an all natural product was not a big deal with me. I figured "that's cool" and that was all that I thought about it.

And then the products got here. And Hubby and I found all of these cases that it was really nice to have a natural product. The first of the products that we used was the dish washing soap. On the bottles that we feed Baby Sister with and the bottles and supplies I use to pump with. As I rinsed the bottles and supplies off I couldn't help thinking about how since the product is all natural I did not have to worry about the residue that might be left on them. It was a big relief. And the soap worked great! It cleaned everything easily and quickly.

Then Hubby found the hand sanitizer and was really excited to have a hand sanitizer that was all natural. He started using it clean his hands before he plays guitar. It is so great because he uses an acoustic guitar it is nice to be able get any oil or grub off before he starts playing. His hands feel clean, the guitar stays grub free and there is no worry that the sanitizer will do more damage than whatever was on his hands in the first place. And I feel comfortable having it in the house, which I do not with other hand sanitizers. The ones with alcohol in them always scare me that the kids might ingest them.

Of course, the all purpose cleanser (The Grime Fighter) got plenty of use in my house. See above as to how much has to be cleaned. :) And it was fantastic. Our countertops are terrible. Everything leaves stains. Or so I thought. Apparently I had not found the right cleaner yet. Because this stuff got off tomato sauce and strawberry juice. That stuff hardly ever comes out - and never if it has been sitting there for more than a minute or two. Hubby was thrilled to be able to use it on the table. We have a wooden table so most all purpose cleansers are not such a good idea on the table and plus since they have so many chemicals in them we do not want them near where we eat.

The all purpose wipes were my absolute favorite of all the products. They are such a HUGE improvement over the ones we were previously using. They have much more cleaning power. They last significantly longer and they clean so much better. We used them for pretty much everything. I cleaned the walls in my bathroom after Big Brother puked on them and it only took one wipe. I love these wipes.

Lastly, there was an air freshener (Breathin' Easy). Once again the natural aspect become a comfort. Usually if I spray air freshener (which I usually do not) I will not do it in a room where my kids or animals are. But the thing is I have three kids in diapers (two in disposables - daycare kids), two cats, a dog, two more kids and two adults in my house everyday. I could use an air freshener. :) And this one is great. Not only does it make the house smell better but it actually gets rid of bad smells (not just masking or covering them up).
